These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Wabswim's website and services. By accessing this website and using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or booking our swimming classes. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Booking and Cancellation
By booking a class with Wabswim, you agree to the following terms:
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class will not be refunded
- Wabswim reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided
Important: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson time as we must maintain our schedule for all clients.
Safety and Conduct
All participants must:
- Follow the instructions of swimming coaches at all times
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Not enter the pool area without proper supervision
- Inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect swimming ability
- Wear appropriate swimming attire at all times
- Shower before entering the pool
- Not run in the pool area
- Not push others into the pool
Wabswim reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these safety rules or engages in behavior that puts themselves or others at risk.
Liability
Wabswim is not liable for any personal injury or property damage that occurs during swimming classes, except where caused by our proven negligence.
By participating in our swimming classes, you acknowledge that swimming involves inherent risks and you voluntarily assume those risks. We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate health insurance coverage.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children before and after the scheduled class times.
Photography and Media
Wabswim may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. By participating in our classes, you grant us permission to use such media featuring you or your child, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
We respect your privacy and will not use any photographs or videos in a manner that could be considered harmful or embarrassing.
